In order to return a defective product to Compufox, the following is needed:
- An RMA number: Please call us at 305-865 8517 or e-mail us to email@example.com to request an RMA number.
- A copy of the original invoice.

The customer will ship the returned products to Compufox at his expense.
Compufox will pay the shipping cost to send the replacement products.
Very Important: Please make sure to select the correct transceiver for your router or switch. Should you have any doubts about which transceiver will work for your switch or router, please call us at 305-865 8517 or e-mail us to firstname.lastname@example.org.
All defective products returned to Compufox must be accompanied by a printed test report showing that they did not work. Products returned to Compufox that are not defective are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
products returned after 30 days from the date of purchase will only be
replaced. Compufox will not refund any money if your return is made
after 30 days from purchase date.
